James Rodgers
Pastor, Teacher, and Author
Since 2007 Jim has served as an Architectural Pastor, helping church leaders assess facility issues to enhance ministry and improve church health. It is a unique calling combining his background as an Architect (Miami University, BA) with over two decades of experience as a Pastor (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, DMin and Grace Theological Seminary, MDiv). Jim’s book Facility Stewardship Game Plan teaches churches how to turn facility issues into catalysts for a healthier church. He has also written articles for Leadership Journal, Discipleship Journal, Preaching Magazine, and CT Pastors.
His teaching ministry includes Visiting Professor in the D.Min. program at Grace Theological Seminary and Adjunct Faculty for Judson University’s Graduate Architecture Department.
He is an active member of the Evangelical Homiletics Society (EHS) where he presented a paper for peer review: The Heart of Worship and Facility Stewardship.
