Building projects represent a major investment of resources: money, time, and leadership collateral. The design & construction of facilities is like the “old wild west” as there are are no rules! Acquiring a building permit is the only “check” in the system ensuring competency for life/safety issues (but it also represents another piece of the big puzzle to assemble). You need someone you can trust or you can get taken to the cleaners (and may not even know it happened)!

Facility Ministry offers a wide range of Owner’s Representative services to fit your specific needs. Our consulting is driven by Jim Rodgers’ experience as a pastor, seminary professor, author, and conference teacher. Most importantly, as an Architectural Pastor, his counsel is filtered through the grid of a pastor first. In other words, he will make recommendations based upon what is best for the church & leadership team for overall church health. He does not “sell projects.” Instead, he “serves churches.”
